Core engine: Maelle + Verso. Verso uses Base Attacks for AP/Perfection and Marking Shot to prepare Mark. Maelle attacks from Virtuose. Monoco adds Burn/Break support; Sciel supplies a damage buff and immediate turn. These are endgame setups with Painted Power on everyone.
The Beast Vanguard
An endgame version of the foot-hunting party, after Painted Power and the listed equipment are unlocked. Builds Burn, Mark and Break rather than promising a guaranteed stun lock.
- Conditional Break chain: Monoco needs 3 Gradient charges for Break Point. Verso needs 9 AP and the Rank A bonus of
End Bringerto reapply Stun; this is not an unconditional loop. - Burn priming: Monoco uses
Sakapatate Firewhen 9 AP are available. Verso then refreshes Mark before Maelle attacks. Burn also enables herSwift Stridestance recovery. - Foot-hunt rule: Monoco must be in the active three-person party at the killing blow to learn that enemy's skill.
The Apocalypse Protocol
Swap Sciel in for a focused burst setup: she doubles Maelle's next-turn damage and hands her an immediate turn. The result depends on AP, target defenses and the equipped damage bonuses.
- Double buff: With
Cheater, Sciel castsFortune's Fury(5 AP) for Maelle's next turn, thenIntervention(5 AP) grants +4 AP and hands Maelle a turn. Reserve Sciel's opening AP for these skills. - Mark support: Verso uses Marking Shots or a Mark-applying skill to prepare the target. Free Aim costs AP; Rewarding Mark can refund AP once per turn.
- The nuke: Maelle fires
Stendhalwith Mark, the Fortune's Fury double, and Virtuose's own multiplier stacked on top — often enough to clear the target in one turn.
Turn 1 rotation — the Maelle burst setup
Use Marking Shot, or Free Aim with Marking Shots (20% chance), to prepare Mark. Dualiso enables another action after a Base Attack. Tune Speed so your setup characters act before Maelle.
Cast Fortune's Fury on Maelle for double damage, then Intervention to hand her +4 AP and an immediate turn.
Already in Virtuose via Medalum, fire Stendhal or Percée — Mark, the Fortune's Fury double, and Virtuose stack for the kill.
Monoco's foot-hunt almanac
Monoco has to be in your active party the moment the enemy falls, or the skill doesn't register. Check off what you've collected.

Win four battles with a Picto equipped to unlock its Lumina for the squad. Several allies can use that Lumina at the same time, each paying its Lumina-point cost. Stat bonuses belong to the equipped Picto, not its Lumina. Recommendations are options, not a requirement to equip everything.
How to use your build reference
Party priorities cover opening AP and Mark support. Maelle’s full-health burst and Last Chance setup use different damage bonuses. Verso focuses on Dualiso Base Attacks; Monoco on Burn, Break and Gradient; Sciel on consecutive support turns.
“Base Attack +1 Hit” in your notes means Combo Attack I / II / III. “Exposing Mark” is not a separate Picto in this catalogue: use Marking Shots for Mark or Exposing Attack for Defenceless. Shortcut triggers once per battle; Charging Critical, Charging Mark and Rewarding Mark are limited to once per turn.
The former combined “Energizing Start” and “Energizing Attack” checkboxes now represent variant I. Check the other variants separately.
